Ya, I think even Lionel Sanders has come to the conclusion that he needs to focus more on just putting together his best possible race and the results are what they are. There are a very small number of people who can realistically say they are racing for the win from the beginning. And while I’m sure Rudy von Berg wants to win, he also knows he’s not in that drivers seat. He just needs to put his best race together and if things unfold a certain way he might beat some or get lucky and all of the five guys who are up front racing for the win.
That’s not a compelling story I guess and it doesn’t get people talking about you though?
ERG on any modern smart trainer would give you the load that you program at whatever cadence you want. It is great to practice long climbs for those of us that live in flat/rolling areas.
