Damn. My thinking was that the Murray team would be an early exit, so pick them now. But I didnt think they would go out week 2! Oh well, more time to make an informed pick in the Survivor pool

You flew to close to the sun. I stay away from the bottom quarter of the teams unless it was an unusual circumstance that got them there. I look for mid pack teams with both physicality and smarts that I think will make the next round but not go all the way. Itās a decent strategy that usually gets me pretty far but I have run out of picks several times. Iām just glad I didnāt pick Jas & Jag as my first pick. You did but itās irrelevant now.

I usually gamble the first few weeks when we are picking based on nothing more than photos. Usually pick one of the oldest looking teams or the teams with two less fit looking people. Once we hit week three or four and we see people actually racing I switch to a better strategy. I have only been knocked out early once using that strategy.
